1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://jdotconsulting.net (the "Site"), operated by or on behalf of JdotConsulting ("JdotConsulting," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is intended for businesses and for individuals who are at least 18 years old. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. The Site
The Site is an informational website that provides information about JdotConsulting and its services. The Site does not have a contact form or a chat feature; to reach us, you may use the email address shown on the Site. The Site does not collect phone numbers and does not place calls or send text messages to you.
Information provided through the Site — including service descriptions, availability, and any pricing — is for general informational purposes and may change. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a guarantee of results, or a binding commitment unless confirmed by us directly in a separate written agreement. Any consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and JdotConsulting, not by these Terms.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR CURRENT. 6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JDOTCONSULTING AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU; IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THIS SECTION GOVERNS USE OF THE SITE ONLY; ANY SEPARATE CONSULTING ENGAGEMENT IS GOVERNED BY ITS OWN WRITTEN AGREEMENT.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JdotConsulting and its owners, operators, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) content you submit to us through the Site. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not operate or control. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party sites, and your use of them is at your own risk.
9. Changes to the Site and These Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any rights you may have under the law of your home jurisdiction, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the place where they reside.
11. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and JdotConsulting regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior understandings on that subject. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
